I picked 2 pints of raspberries. We left at 2:30 for our gig at The Spot in Orchard Park. My mom and dad rode with us to avoid parade traffic and parking. The kids played a set before the parade and another set afterwards.
We saw many friends, fans, and relatives. It's so cool that so many people came out to see us, especially since it's impossible for us to see everyone. A NASCAR pace car was in the parade and the driver stopped right in front of Jake, got out of the car, and gave him a poster with all the drivers' pictures on it.
It got kind of cold as the night went on and we used a few blankets we had in the trailer. The owner took such good care of us. We had a wonderful time.
